What's written here isn't just a prelude-it's the essence.

Our bodies are made of fire, air, water, and earth.

And it is air, water, and fire that ignite and shape us-you, me, all of us.

Would the One who created us not know what we truly need?

Just as fire needs water, earth needs air and water, air needs earth, and earth needs fire-and all of them, in turn, need water-we, too, will discover what we need, together, within the pages of this work.

For having this book in our hands, we'll share a moment of gratitude.
